Easy Keto Taco Pie Recipe (Family Friendly)

Step 1.

Prepare the taco seasoning. 

Stir together all of the spices. It’s a basic combination, but you can always adjust the number of certain spices to your taste.

Step 2.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan. You can use olive or oil. Make sure the oven is well preheated.

Step 3.

Brown ground beef over medium heat about 5-7 min. Beef should keep juiciness. Mash the lumps with a wooden spoon.

Step 4.

Add taco seasoning and cook 3 min on the low heat, stir with a wooden spoon. 

After that, transfer in a pie form. Spread evenly.

Step 5.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream and minced garlic. Add a pinch of sea salt. Pour the mixture over beef.

Step 6.

Top with shredded cheese. Cheddar cheese is perfect for this.

Step 7.

Bake 30 min until golden and center is set. Chill for 5 min before slicing. Then the pieces will keep their shape better.

Serving

Serve with snipped chives or cilantro leaves and sour cream. You can heat this cake by placing it in the oven for 10 minutes.

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Taco seasoning mix
  • Snipped chives or cilantro for decoration

  • 1 Tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Chilly pepper
  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle powder

Instructions
