The pizza bites are a mix of Italian-American cuisine. This wonderful fusion brings the best from two worlds – excellent Italian ingredients and the American ability of making recipe easy and user friendly. 

The pizza bites are perfect as a snack, weather a party snack or when you just want something good and something fast. You can make these anytime as we are sure you already have the ingredients in your pantry.

This recipe is super fun and easy and real treat for all following Keto diet. There is something special in recipes like this as they use high quality ingredients and without bad results as they may happen to any of us.

The cheddar cheese is the highest source of carbs.

Ingredients

Step 1.

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir with a wooden spoon r silicone spatula to combine thoroughly. 

Step 2.

Once you have mixed cheeses, make nine mounds of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the mounds gently to flatten.

Step 3.

Once you flatten these, top each with pepperoni slice, grated Parmesan, and basil. Instead of basil you can use Italian herbs or some other desired herb.

Bake the pizza bites for 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving. 

Serving

You can serve with sugar-free ketchup or desired tomato-based sauce. PS! Make sure it’s low-carb.
