Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl mix grated mozzarella, an egg and almond flour. Stir well.
Roll-up between two sheets of parchment paper.
Remove the top layer of parchment paper and place the bottom to the oven. Bake 10 min until golden brown.
Cut sausages and bacon. Heat olive oil in the skillet. Add mushrooms, bacon, and sausages and fry about 5 min, stirring regularly.
Remove the crust and pour on top tomato sauce. Add mushrooms and meat mixture and sprinkle with grated Cheddar and Parmesan.
Bake 10-15 min, until Cheddar was melted. Serve with fresh basil leaves.
