Prepare the taco seasoning: (stir together all of the spices).
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Brown ground beef over medium heat about 5-7 min.
Add taco seasoning and cook 3 min on the low heat, stir with a wooden spoon. After that, transfer in a pie form.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream and minced garlic. Pour over beef.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 30 min until golden and center is set. Chill for 5 min before slicing.
Serve with snipped chives or cilantro leaves and sour cream.
