- 4 High-quality uncured beef hot dogs sugar-free
- 8 Bacon slices
- 1 1/2 oz Gouda cheese
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic flakes
- Salt and pepper for taste
- Steamed broccoli florets for serving, optional
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Slice cheese into small long rectangles.
Make long, narrow cuts in your hot dogs and stuff them with cheese slices.
Wrap each stuffed hot dog with 2 bacon slices and secure them with toothpicks.
Place wrapped hot dogs on a wire rack and season with chili powder, garlic flakes, salt, and black pepper and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve with steamed broccoli florets.
