- 2 cups Cheddar cheese grated
- 0,8 lb Low-carb sausages (350g)
- 1,1 lb Ground beef (high-fat)
- 1 cup Red bell pepper
- 2 Chili peppers (optional)
- 1 Large onion
- 1 cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 tsp Oil
Cut the vegetables and sauté them.
Cook the meat chili: add the tomato and the meat. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Cut the sausages and cover the bottom of the baking sheet.
Cover the sausages with the meat and cheese chili.
Garnish with sliced sausage and bake for about 15 minutes until the entire surface is golden brown.
